 It is with big pleasure that Nazaré City Hall supports again the organization of Sumol Nazaré Special Edition.This municipality has been working, from years ago, in the diffusion and promotion of Bodyboard as an excellence modality in wave sports context. Special Edition is the proof of that. This contest is already in its fourth edition and it achieved national and international visibility, not only for the quality of the participant athletes but also for the magnificence of the famous waves of Praia do Norte. This event has contributed to begin projecting Praia do Norte as an exquisite place to the practice of this sport. This is a notoriety that the Municipality wants to reinforce and increase in value with the creation of the brand “Praia do Norte”. On behalf of Nazaré City Hall, I welcome all the athletes, institutional partners and sponsors that help to create this Sumol Nazaré Special Edition a big celebration of national Bodyboard.
